Therese is pressured by the school to give a birth certificate for Adri. This leads to an unfolding of events when Xander informs Adri that she may not be Therese's legitimate child.

Therese cannot prove that she adopted Adri and is arrested. Adri blames Xander for everything. Adri's blood family is traced and she agrees to meet her uncle Daniel and his wife.

Adri is told that she is the owner of Steynhof. Uncertainty about shares on the farm creates unrest among the workers. Liena sees herself in the news and struggles to hide her secret.

Liena admits to Jason that she is the kidnapper. Simon is told that Adri wants to sell the farm. Adri finds her mother's old Blackberry and calls Xander for help.

Therese wants Liena to reveal the truth to Adri. The workers decide it's better to get rid of Adri. Adri meets Xander's courier to give the cell phone.

Liena reveals to Adri that Daniel killed her parents. Simon, Daniel and Joey realize that Liena has found Adri. Adri hides from Daniel and fears for her life.

Adri escapes from Daniel. Joey tells Adri that Daniel has lost his mind and wants to kill her now that she knows the truth. Both women escape. Joey calls Simon and pretends to be the police.

Xander arrives with the information on the Blackberry that reveals the big secret. Joey flees the scene. Adri and Therese reunite. Daniel gives her a birth certificate.
