Nat and Steph navigate the first overwhelming days of bringing their babies home from hospital. While newly dating, Johnny and Lily seem swept up in domestic bliss.

Determined to honour "the deal" and prove she's a trustworthy co-parent, Nat books Steph an appointment with a lactation consultant. Steph's friend and mother make things a bit more complicated.

The boys are going through sleep regression which means no one is getting any sleep. Nat thinks it's time to sleep train the babies, but Steph is adamantly against it.

Steph and Nat seek alternative support at a Rainbow Family community group and end up hosting their new, free spirited friend who introduces some unexpected, flirty competition between them.

Steph struggles with being back at work and separated from the kids, while Nat, determined to prove herself once again, attempts to keep her composure during a tough solo day of parenting.
