Oh noes! Avi Avocado has had a nightmare which has gotten Ms. Tab wondering why we sometimes feel scared. Lenny the Lightning Bug lights up the darkness for her inside a cave filled with mysterious creatures and then Frida Fraidycat - an expert on being scared - has a sleepover where they explore what you can do to feel better if you're ever feeling afraid.
