Eleuterio Huanca is Pucarani's drunkard. Gumercindo brings a racing bicycle from abroad and sells it to the Choque family and the Huanca family. So that both families do not end up fighting, the village priest calls for a women-only cycling race so that the family that wins will be the champion family and will keep the bicycle.
