Overview

A look at chaos which happens on college campuses, such as a prankster who coats the floor with butter as revenge on a noisy roommate. Senator John Kerry is confronted by a heckler at the University of Florida, and then is given 50 thousand volts from the police officers. And, a self-proclaimed campus preacher gets an eyeful from a streker who has heard enough.
