A gorgeous new doctor arrives at the hospital and hits it off with Jamel. Sabri hires Strauss after he gets laid off for medical malpractice.

When the hospital dean needs knee surgery, Sabri eyes an opportunity to take his place. Aymé asks Jamel to help him avoid his cousin.

Disguised within the hospital's nativity scene, Jamel convinces a pretty nurse that he's really Santa Claus. Aymé falls for a devout Catholic patient.
