Overview

A man comes to the Chowki complaining that his neighbour keeps partying every night, because of which he is unable to sleep. Chandramukhi calls up the neighbours, who say that they do not think it is an offence to party all night, and that there is nothing she can do about it, because he is the son-in-law of the commissioner.
