Overview

A restaurant owner arrives at the Chowki, complaining a man who came to his restaurant and with his family, refused to pay a bill of around 8,000 rupees after a meal, claiming that because of the restaurant's name, 'Aapki Rasoi', he ought to treat it like his own kitchen rather than a restaurant.
