In the children's version of the enduring quiz, John Humphrys invites ten and eleven year olds to answer questions in the infamous black chair. Topics tonight are Mahatma Gandhi, Antarctica, Johannes Vermeer and the Jurassic Park film trilogy.

In tonight's second heat of the competition, the specialised subjects include Rosa Parks, the Amazon rainforest, Alexander the Great and the Roswell Incident. Presented by John Humphrys.

Children answer questions on the Titanic, Tiger Woods, crocodilians and William Wilberforce.

The four finalists compete for the title, with specialist subjects Sir Isaac Newton, the Spanish Armada, Alfred the Great and the film-maker George Lucas.
