Detectives Tokita and Shiina team up to arrest Yakuza boss Orihara. Tokita reveals that he has has incontinence issues, which excites Shiina. They turn off their radios and leave to meet the woman Tokita has a crush on. Misato and Arira bully newbie Yotsukado. Orihara realizes he's being chased by the police and mafia. Headquarters becomes chaotic when the arrest goes awry.

Tokita and Shiina desperately try to track down Orihara. Tokita suggests that he, Shiina, and Fuyuka run away. Orihara tries to hide in his retired boss, Jin's house, who messes with Orihara. The Chinese mafia try to chase Orihara. Misato tries to tease Arira after learning her fiance is a former convict. The police and the mafia chase fleeing detectives and Yakuza.
