Ludacris is in Little Haiti in Miami, FL, to learn the basics of Haitian cuisine. He checks out traditional Haitian flavors, gets hands-on with some chicken and cooks a three-course tasting menu for a Haitian-style block party with Chef Gregory Gourdet.

With some of Atlanta's best Korean chefs by his side, Luda tries to wrap his mind around the ingredients of Korean cuisine and learn the secrets to balancing them as he makes a three-course meal for celebrity chef Edward Lee and comedian/rapper Lil Duval.

Ludacris visits Miami's Little Havana neighborhood to master some of the world's best Cuban cuisine under the mentorship of James Beard Award nominee Chef Michael Beltran. Chef and restaurant owner Lorena Garcia critiques Luda's final three-course menu.
