Overview
"The challenge for the second semi-finalist spot is an epic one - the two remaining contestants have to recreate a complex dish based on a "chawanmushi", or a traditional Japanese custard, set for them by one of South Africa top chefs, Luke Dale-Roberts from the acclaimed The Test Kitchen in Cape Town."
