"Tonight the three cooks who underperformed in last night's end-of-the-month challenge face off in a spectacular Pressure Test to see who will survive to make it to Top 4. They have to recreate Chef Kelvin Joel of the Johannesburg Pastry School's magnificent lemon meringue gateau, which is made up of five distinct and perfectly measured layers and covered in perfect glossy peaks of meringue."
