It's "Hats Off" to Holly and her best friends, as they whip up some funtastically fab, new styles and become the toast of the town. Sing-a-long with 2, all-new songs as Holly and the girls prove that everything is better when you create it with your best friends!

Holly Hobbie moves to Clover and befriends a girl, K.T. McGee, that has been voted the class geek; Holly, Amy and Carrie help K.T. with a project for their school's open house.
