Ripley Holden is opening up a casino in Laughlin, Nevada, while he is trying to keep his family together.

After the disastrous opening at the Viva leaves the public believing the casino is cursed, Ripley tries to entice a famous high-roller, Sweet Lenny, away from Nicky in order to pack people into his casino.
