In a challenging twist, contestants swap partners and work on a guest bedroom in another team's house. Ty, Sarah, and Mika mentor their new partner mashups for a chance at the $3,000 prize.

This week, contestants return to their original partners to take on two bathrooms and a $2,500 bedroom.

This week, teams take on a photo worthy bonus room. Ty, Sarah, and Mika challenge their teams to get creative with their designs in order to stand out to holidaymakers.

Ty, Sarah, and Mika mentor their up-and-coming renovators, putting everything on the line to win the grand prize of $50,000.
