Overview
Burger Scholar George Motz and Alvin Cailan go on an epic road trip to find the best burgers in Texas. Their first pit stop brings them to a 100-year-old burger joint called Herd's, two hours north of Dallas, where owner Danny Herd makes a hyper-regional burger unlike anything you've ever seen.
