Once it is realized that this bizarre creature has become even more dangerous than it was previously, two adjoining countries come together as allies to engage in the “War of the Colossal Beast”!

Tonight, on MeTV- as our valentine to you-we again double down on our horror entertainment- first, celebrating the 95th anniversary of a true cornerstone of Universal horror’s legacy-the movie that established Bela Lugosi in most people’s minds as the embodiment of Bram Stoker’s vampire count!

It pits humanity against a frightening invasion from the red planet-depicted with amazing special effects for the era. Get ready to take up arms for the “The War of the Worlds”!

Tonight on MeTV- it’s the film in Universal’s Frankenstein series that established a significant new character in the canon- presented the final appearance by a great actor in a role that made him a legend- and held the basis for some future fun in “Young Frankenstein”- as Boris Karloff, Bela Lugosi, and Basil Rathbone pick up where Henry Frankesntein left off in the 1939 classic- “Son of Frankenstein”!

It’s time for some March mummy madness tonight on MeTV-as we unwrap the first sequel to the original Karloff "Mummy"- in which a couple down-on-their luck archeologists stumble upon a clue to the whereabouts of the tomb of ancient Egyptian Princess of Ananka- not realizing that it is protected by an evil high priest and the living mummy who loved the Princess in her lifetime! Danger and death will be dealt to all infidels by “The Mummy’s Hand”!

Tonight on MeTV- we wind up our macabre March with a real favorite- centered on a mysterious mansion that contains a gaggle of ghosts- some domestic tension between the couple in residence- and a group of needy subjects who are given the chance to gain wealth- IF they can avoid losing their lives! It’s the original 1959 William Castle version of “House on Haunted Hill”-starring Vincent Price!

Tonight on MeTV- it’s an iconic 1981 horror movie from director John Landis-featuring groundbreaking make-up and special effects by Rick Baker that won him an Oscar- in the story of two young men who end up out on the moors- and have an encounter with a werewolf that leaves one of them ready to assume the title of “An American Werewolf in London”!

Tonight on MeTV-for those who have been missing good old 1950s American International monster mayhem-we’re bringing back a film that gave an encore to the studio’s Teenage Frankenstein and Teenage Werewolf! Our viewers always request another look at how a master of creature creations decides to strike back at the heartless studio heads who have decided to show him the door- by bringing his monsters back, but with a twist-this time, it isn’t fear film fantasy- it’s for real, as he demonstrates “How to Make a Monster”!

It’s a film that marked the end of an era- actually, two eras- tonight on MeTV when we present what was not only the last film in Hammer’s original Frankenstein series- but also the final time that the great Peter Cushing played Baron Frankenstein! A young doctor who idolizes the work of the original “body-builder” (you know what I mean) finds himself joining forces with the Baron to conduct new experiments in an asylum-where it sometimes seems like the inmates are running things. There are many challenges to one’s sanity when you encounter “Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell”!

Wells tale of another journey to the moon- a previously unknown event that occurred years before the advent of NASA! Tonight on MeTV- we bring back a hilarious haunting that many viewers have been requesting for quite a while- an Abbott and Costello vehicle, but NOT the one with Frankenstein! It’s also unique, with the boys not as a pair, but in separate roles. It all begins during the Revolutionary War and ends with ghosts plaguing a mansion in modern day (if your modern day is 1946) in an attempt to free their spirits from this earthly realm. This ghost story sets Lou Costello, as one of the earthbound spirits, against an ancestor of a colonial rat (both played by Bud Abbott) who's partially responsible for his fate- guaranteeing both the “Time of Their Lives”!

Tonight on MeTV- an alien race has taken control of the biggest and baddest Kaiju creatures that ever came from the Toho Studios! Earth thought they had them safely under control- but the alien takeover gives them no choice but to- “Destroy All Monsters”!

You've heard of untold stories of World War II- tonight, we have an unSEEN story- with its major player unseen- as we meet yet another member of the Griffin family who opts for transparency- this time, in the defense of his country-as the “Invisible Agent”!

Tonight on MeTV- it’s a super-sized summer sensation -as we bring back a sort of “beach party” movie- minus the beach- featuring some MeTV actors, a favorite singer pal of ours, some colossal cuties and super-sized studs- in a crazy sci fi dramedy from the mind of Bert I. Swamp Thing … you make Adrienne Barbeau’s heart sing! Dr. Alec Holland is just your run of the mill scientist working on bio-engineering a new animal plant hybrid in his lab which happens to be set up in a swamp. Alice Cable is the government worker, new to the swamp to replace the mysteriously disappeared previous scientist. Dr. Holland accidentally spills an experimental formula on himself and turns into a half man/half plant named… Swamp Thing! An opportunist named Arcane wants the formula and will stop at nothing to get it. Swamp Thing will do anything to protect the swamp and the lovely Alice Cable. Hardly a week goes by that, at the very least, one viewer will sadly admit that they miss the beloved series that aired weekly late night on our “Super Sci Fi Saturday Night” featuring the intrepid and somewhat rumbled reporter whose beat was the supernatural. There is reason to rejoice for all those fans who feel the same way-because tonight on MeTV- we have the origin story of that favorite reporter character who somehow always ends up pursuing the truth about something deadly from the realm of the unbelievable. It’s the made-for-TV movie that introduced us to Carl Kolchak, who’s out to convince authorities that they are dealing with a Vegas vampire- “The Night Stalker”!
