With summer at an end, Randy and the team go full throttle to sew up some major outdoor projects. Pummeled by Newfoundland's worst weather, a spectacular lighthouse rebuild gets off to a rough start. And as the clapboard layers come off, the worst it gets for the timeline and the budget. Meanwhile, there's a tornado of chaos as the entire family pitches in on a quickie craft-room transformation that's all about creativity and teamwork.

Battling intense winds and the approaching winter on one of their toughest-ever projects, the team goes flat out to button up the exterior of the iconic Ferryland lighthouse. Determined to fulfill a Christmas promise, the crew gets creative with an outdoor hockey rink complete with all-season ice and some NHL flair. Getting started on an ambitious sunroom extension means a race against time to pour the foundation.

In the midst of heavy spring fog-in one of the windiest places in Newfoundland-the team steps up the pace to finish the Ferryland lighthouse on schedule. Sasha puts a colourful design spin on a community tribute steeped in tradition. And everybody in town shows up for the musical dream-come-true reveal.

With just a few weeks to go until the big reveal, the crew grapples with the blazing heat as they transform a huge backyard into an all-season hangout oasis; many hands make light work when an ambitious backyard reno in St. John's kicks off with a major demo; Melissa's biscuit box reno starts with a creative plumbing retrofit and Randy secretly stashes a piece of history to create a special project.

It's the height of summer on the Rock; and while Randy picks up supplies and keeps everything in check, the crew is busy on multiple job sites around the island; a contractor's "dream team" picks up the pace on an all-season backyard overhaul in St. John's, and Sasha unveils a special surprise for the homeowner; Melissa's biscuit box reno continues with a wraparound deck and a major decision.
