On the way back from a snail farm, we visit a Czech friend who is now co owner of a luxury champagne house, where the drink flows as freely as water. Eva learns how to prepare croissant dough, and together they invite us into a French home for a shared cooking experience. Beyond the gothic beauty of Reims, this region is truly defined by its rich and celebrated gastronomy.
