In each season of the culinary project, the same question arises: do you need to know the classics? Each participant of MasterChef Professionals Season 3 has his own opinion on this. Some people believe that without classics it is nowhere best to build your experiments on a solid foundation of many years of knowledge. And someone, on the contrary, believes that the classics limit the imagination of the chef. Who is right?

Participants reached a new level, because they had to guess the recipes by ear, compete with Vladimir Yaroslavsky himself and find the unbearable ease of being in products. In the 6th issue of the MasterChef project, Professionals 3 teams will try to debunk the myth that an amateur will not be able to cook haute cuisine without problems. Their task in the first competition is to prepare cooking boxes with semi-finished products and detailed instructions for cooking from famous London restaurants.
