Season 3

In the first episode of the new series, they meet the Olliers, a cricket-mad family from Stenhousemuir in Scotland's central belt. Account manager Steven lives with wife Mhairi, a community worker. They only bought the house a year ago, but Mhairi has serious reservations on the layout. With a life-changing operation on the horizon for Steven, Mhairi thinks it time to cut ties but he isn't giving up without a fight.

Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp travel to Harrogate, Yorkshire, where they meet the Pogsons. Carol, Andrew and their two children have lived in their three bedroom house for 16 years, and while Carol thinks it's time for a big change, Andrew is not for moving. There's also the additional complication of the couple wanting enough space for a grandparent. What's their best option for a multi-generational space - Love It, or List It?

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet Alex and Danny Moore in Preston, Lancashire. When they bought their current three-bed semi, Danny thought it was to do up and sell on. But Alex has other ideas and sees this as the perfect place to start a family. Alex wants to convert the loft into a luxurious bedroom. Kirstie agrees. But Phil finds three truly stunning houses to buy instead.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet the Farhalls in Windsor. Graham and Nardeth live in a four-bed detached house they bought ten years ago. Graham loves Windsor, but Nardeth is tired of the cramped, dated layout of their home and wants to sell up. Kirstie believes that knocking down walls is the answer, while Phil goes looking for a new place to buy. Will the Farhalls Love or List?

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit the Payne-Durkins, on the rural outskirts of Leeds. Karl and Paul bought their three bed home back in 2009. Karl loves the unique design and idyllic location. Paul thinks they're too isolated and would rather move than spend to improve. Despite having the biggest build budget of the series, Kirstie has it all to do with this property - as there are some big issues that money just can't change. Meanwhile Phil scours Yorkshire and hits the jackpot with some stunning properties, but will this tip the balance when the time to decide arrives?
