Overview
In 1980 the trickle of cocaine coming in to Florid a suddenly becomes a flood and drug wars erupt on the streets. Carlos Lehder is behind it all. The DEA must take him down before he destroys the USA with the drug he calls Latin America's ‘atomic bomb'.
