Vladimir Tsarenko was born on 01.01.1984 in the city of Kiselevsk, Russia. In 2006 graduated from North-West Institute of Management as a lawyer. In 2006 he entered St.Petersburg State University of Film and Television (Director's Department). In 2011 graduated from the Higher Courses For Script Writers and Film Directors as a script writer.
