Overview

The film centers on the path to immortality of Li Xuan, the former life of Tieguai Li, the leader of the Eight Immortals. It tells the fantastical story of how, during his demon-subduing endeavors, his physical body was stolen, he fell in love with the fox demon Chu Yu , but was persecuted by the Nine Nether God .
