Overview

Mariam is a hardworking and kind-hearted worker. Jamil is very grateful to Mariam because with her help he gained the trust of Encik Haji Rosli. Mak Wan's suggestion to match Mariam with a widower with two children is rejected by Mariam. Mariam also rejects the proposal of Wahid Borneo, a close friend of Encik Haji Rosli.
