The Cutoff follows the runners at the back of the pack during Cocodona 250, a brutal 250 mile ultramarathon from Phoenix to Flagstaff, AZ. While most race documentaries focus on the winners, this film tells a different story. One about perseverance, community, and what it means to push yourself to the absolute limit when time is running out. A film for the rest of us.
