The corona-virus has been raging through Europe for several weeks. The cultural sector is in lock-down and its people are sitting at home, without immediate prospects. Seven performing artists, however, draw strength from the standstill and quickly switch to an alternative way of working. Can policymakers do the same for the broader sector in Flanders, a region in the heart of Europe with a highly developed cultural life?
